Return an item

Orangerie Museum Shop strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. However, if the item delivered does not suit you, you have 14 business days from the date of receipt to cancel your order. To this end, please complete the online request form below.

A return slip will then be sent to you, which we ask you to include in the return package to ensure proper receipt by our logistics center. Please return the item in its original packaging to the address indicated on this page.
