The Café-Librairie de l’Orangerie
At the heart of the museum, this inviting space encourages you to extend your visit in a distinctive atmosphere.
Inspired by Parisian cafés and cultural bookshops, The Café-Librairie de l'Orangerie is a space for sharing that changes with the seasons and temporary exhibitions.
This vibrant and imaginative book and gift shop brings together reference works, selections for young audiences and creations inspired by the collections and architecture of the Musée de l'Orangerie. You will find a selection of guides and publications about the museum's collection and temporary exhibitions, the arts and literature from the 19th and 20th centuries, along with their historical and cultural context. Art books, activity books, and colouring books are also on offer for children. It also features a wide range of postcards, posters, jewellery, souvenirs and more, specifically tailored to the museum's collection.
When it comes to coffee, recipes from the coffee shop repertoire will cater to all your cravings:
- Speciality coffees, inventive lattes and Water Lily-inspired drinks make for a delightful breakfast;
- Try a signature croque-monsieur (available in a vegetarian version), or a quinoa salad with lentils and roasted vegetables for lunch
- Organic cold drinks, pastries and biscuits cater for indulgent breaks;

Opening times:
The Café-Librairie de l'Orangerieteam welcomes you every day from 9am to 5:45pm, except on Tuesdays. During exhibition periods, The Café-Librairie de l'Orangerieremains open until 8:45pm on Fridays.
